The Republic of Korea and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) have partnered to help improve and switch information to fight local climate change and develop resilient societies.
They have signed a Group of Nations Agreement, which foresees the best path forward for establishing a partnership and contact workplace in Korea for the United Nations Local Weather Expertise and Community (CTCN).
CTCN, which is the implementing arm of the United Nations Local Weather Change Expertise Mechanism and hosted by UNEP, promotes the accelerated reform and switch of climate technologies to improve electricity, environmentally friendly, low-carbon and climate-resilient.
It uses the experience of those organizations, in addition to a worldwide community of more than 660 civil society, finance, non-public sector and analysis establishments, to send technical assistance and capacity building upon nation building requests.
